سياسة التوصيل والإرجاع

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the pranamat.ae. Please print a copy of these pages for your records.

توفّر المنتجات

يخضع توريد المنتجات من هذا الموقع الإلكتروني لمدى توفرها، وقد لا نتمكن دائمًا من إبلاغك أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء بما إذا كان لدينا مخزون متوفر حاليًا من منتج معين. وفي هذه الحالة النادرة، فإما أن نوفر منتجًا بديلًا تم اختياره بعناية، أو نعيد إليك المبلغ المدفوع.

العقد

When you place a product order online at pranamat.ae, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and detailing the contents of your order. Your order represents an intention to purchase a product from us, which is only accepted by us upon delivery to you. Any product(s), which form part of that same order, but are not delivered, do not form part of this contract.

أوصاف المنتجات

نبذل كل عناية معقولة للتأكد من صحة جميع التفاصيل والأوصاف والأسعار الخاصة بالمنتجات الظاهرة على الموقع الإلكتروني وقت نشرها. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الطلبات في حال تم نشر معلومات المنتج عن طريق الخطأ، بما في ذلك الأسعار والعروض الترويجية.

الإلغاء والإرجاع

نوفر سياسة إرجاع مدتها 30 يومًا تبدأ من تاريخ استلامك لطلبك. ينبغي أن تصلنا أي منتجات غير مرغوب فيها دون أضرار، خلال هذه المدة. ولن يؤثر ذلك على حقوقك القانونية. بمجرد استلامنا للمنتج (المنتجات) المُرجعة، سنقوم برد قيمة البضاعة. وستتم معالجة عملية استرداد المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا. لن يتم رد تكلفة شحن الإرجاع. كما لن يتم رد تكلفة توصيل طلبك الأصلي. يُرجى ملاحظة أن تكلفة شحن الإرجاع قد تكون أعلى من تكلفة الشحن الصادر الأصلي.

إذا قرر العميل إلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه، فإننا نحتفظ بالحق في اقتطاع تكاليف التوصيل عند معالجة استرداد المبلغ.

YOUR REFUND PROGRESS:

WE'LL PROCESS YOUR RETURN AND ENSURE THAT IT IS ELIGIBLE TO BE REFUNDED

Credit/Debit Card Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
• You will receive an email confirmation once we process your return and authorize the refund.
• The refund will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• ‘Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Your refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect your returned order at our warehouse.

Our 2025 Extended Holiday Returns Policy allows items purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2025, to be returned through January 31, 2026

التوصيل

Orders delivered might be charged at variable prices depending on region and delivery method chosen. The detailed information about delivery charges and terms will be available during order checkout and will be included in confirming receipt of your order sent to you by e-mail. We reserve the right to make additional delivery charges should the order placed cost significantly more to deliver than the standard charges. In this instance on receiving the order, we will contact you to advise of any additional charges, at which point you will have the option to accept the additional charge and proceed with the order, reduce the size of your order or cancel it. All orders placed before 12 AM will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving your payment. All orders placed after 12 AM will be dispatched within 2 business day of receiving your payment. Special delivery options may be available. Please note that delivery is by a third-party carrier, therefore we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. If your goods fail to arrive, please contact us.
